Shane has been involved in the QA Industry for over 25 years, initially specializing in Test Automation and Performance testing. In 2004 he co-founded Qual IT Solutions with Jon McPhee which over 18 years grew to a headcount approaching 300. His main focus was Sales and Client engagement, and was also involved with Business Planning/Strategy. Qual IT was acquired by Planit (NRI) in 2022, after which he was appointed Country Manager (EGM) for the combined enterprise, with a focus on integrating the two organisations. Currently enjoying some time off Shane is involved with the NZ Business Mentors and other community work. He can provide advice in the following areas:
