Shane has been involved in the QA Industry for over 25 years, initially specializing in Test Automation and Performance testing. In 2004 he co-founded Qual IT Solutions with Jon McPhee which over t18 years grew to a headcount approaching 300. His main focus was Sales and Client engagement, and was also involved with Business Planning/Strategy. Qual IT was acquired by Planit (NRI) in 2022, after which he was appointed Country Manager (EGM) for the combined enterprise, with a focus on integrating the two organizations. Mark Sloan has served as a CEO, COO, and in various Senior Leadership positions. He has led startups, executed for private equity, and built and transformed large P&Ls. Sloan’s career includes: founding three consulting and professional services companies; building a $400M professional services business at Convergys, advising a PE backed professional services group leading to $100m in growth; and over ten years consulting at Accenture where he led a number of innovative and entrepreneurial initiatives.
